Sushi Saito opened in January 2023 on the ground floor of the Four Seasons Private Residences, on the Chao Phraya riverside walk off Charoen Krung Road. It is the Bangkok sister of Takashi Saito's three-star counter in Roppongi, and it gained one Michelin star in the 2026 Thailand guide. The room is a plain wooden counter in the Tokyo style.
The meal follows the Edomae format of the parent shop: a run of small tsumami dishes, then around ten pieces of nigiri, a roll, tamagoyaki and dessert. Seafood is flown in from Japan several times a week, and the Akita rice is cooked in small batches to keep its temperature and texture right for each piece. Diners have reported paying about 8,500 baht before tax and service for the omakase, with lunch and dinner served Tuesday to Sunday.
This is the most traditional, and one of the most expensive, sushi counters in Bangkok, best kept for a special occasion. Book through TableCheck as early as possible; there is no à la carte. Brasserie Palmier and Yu Ting Yuan are in the same Four Seasons complex for drinks before or after.
Menus, prices and seatings change and many counters book out, so please check with the restaurant before you go.

Counters are small and book out, so reserve ahead.
