Morimoto Jakarta

Morimoto Jakarta is Masaharu Morimoto's restaurant on the 63rd floor of The Langham, Jakarta, in SCBD. In July 2025 it launched a Chef's Table omakase led by executive Japanese chef Juntaro Fujimura, who brings more than 20 years of experience in Tokyo and Kyoto.

The 14-course menu opens with foie gras chawanmushi and a daily sashimi selection, then moves to fried Alaskan king crab with truffle soba, scale-grilled amadai and A5 Miyazaki wagyu striploin from the robata. Six seasonal nigiri follow, then red miso soup and a mango mochi dessert. It costs Rp2,988,000++ per person, with optional sake and Japanese gin pairings or a non-alcoholic pairing.

Suits visitors and celebrations with a skyline view. The main restaurant also serves à la carte; book the Chef's Table by phone or email and state the omakase when reserving.
