Toku Teppanyaki opened in 2025 on Jalan Imam Bonjol in Menteng, at the same address as Sushi Toku. The room is built around a teppan counter with a limited number of seats, plus three private rooms named Osaka, Kobe and Tokyo for four to six guests.
The cooking is quiet rather than theatrical: no flying knives or flames for show. Set courses named Kagura, Hikari and Nami run at lunch and dinner, built on A5 Miyazaki sirloin, abalone, scallops and amadai, with small modern touches such as monaka and chawanmushi. Set prices are not published; the private rooms carry minimum spends of Rp3,000,000 (Osaka and Kobe) and Rp4,500,000 (Tokyo).
Good for diners who want premium teppanyaki without the show, or a private room for a small group. Reservations are required through Chope; a deposit applies at weekends.
Menus, prices and seatings change and many counters book out, so please check with the restaurant before you go.

Counters are small and book out, so reserve ahead.
