Nine of Hong Kong's omakase counters sit in Central, Sheung Wan and Soho. Sushi Shikon holds three Michelin stars; Godenya, Kappo Rin, Nagamoto and Ryota Kappou Modern each hold one for their kappo and kaiseki cooking.
